We carefully prepare each sustainable garment with:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Dispatch Days: Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Please check at checkout if your location is serviceable.
International Orders
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable if you return your order.
Our Ethical Returns Policy
Just as we minimize waste in our production, we’ve designed a returns process that respects both your needs and our planet:
Returns Window
- 15 days from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Organic & Recycled Socks unless defective

Easy 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved:
- Return items in original condition with tags attached
- Include the original packing slip
- Use the original packaging if possible (we appreciate your eco-conscious effort!)
- Securely pack to prevent damage in transit
Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly state your desired new size in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- No additional shipping fees for exchanges within the same region
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (unlikely with our quality standards, but possible):
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive priority processing for replacement or refund
🌱 Our Sustainability Commitment: Returned items in sellable condition are professionally cleaned and donated to environmental charities. Damaged items are responsibly recycled through our textile recovery program.
