We stand behind the quality of our organic and recycled clothing. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Organic & Recycled Socks unless they are defective.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved:
- Return items in original condition with tags attached
- Include the original packing slip
- Use the original packaging if possible (we appreciate your eco-conscious effort!)
- Securely pack to prevent damage in transit

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly state your desired new size in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- No additional shipping fees for exchanges within the same region
