What makes your clothing sustainable?
Every item in our collection is made from either certified organic cotton or recycled materials. Organic cotton is grown without harmful pesticides, while recycled fabrics give new life to existing materials. Both processes significantly reduce water usage and carbon emissions compared to conventional fashion.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Our organic cotton range is particularly gentle as it’s free from harsh chemicals used in conventional cotton production. Many customers with skin sensitivities find our clothing more comfortable to wear.
How should I care for my organic/recycled garments?
To maintain quality and sustainability:
- Wash at 30°C or below to conserve energy
- Air dry when possible
- Use eco-friendly detergents
- Iron at medium temperature if needed
Ordering & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal – all processed through our secure payment gateway. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I create an account to track orders?
Currently, we operate a guest checkout system to minimise data storage. However, you’ll receive email updates with tracking information for every order. We’re developing an account system that aligns with our sustainability values – watch this space!
I entered the wrong delivery address – what should I do?
Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. If your order hasn’t been processed (within 1-2 business days), we can usually update the details. For shipped orders, we’ll do our best to redirect the package, though additional charges may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally from our UK base, except some Asian countries and remote regions due to logistical constraints. Our courier partners are selected for their environmental commitments – we offset carbon emissions for all standard shipments.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After 1-2 business days for processing:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx (tracked)
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days via EMS
Why is my tracking information not updating?
International tracking can sometimes have delays in updates. If your tracking hasn’t changed for over 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending items back to our UK warehouse.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t process returns until they’re received. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3-5 business days), refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing depends on your payment provider – credit/debit cards typically show refunds within 3-5 business days, while PayPal is usually faster.
